Dynamics 365 Business Central provides several built-in ways to extend data and business logic through integration with Dataverse. These range from classic data synchronization and virtual tables to Business Events and event-driven integrations.
Building on the workshop delivered last year, this updated session takes a deeper and more practical look at how Business Central and the Power Platform work together. We will walk through how to connect Business Central to Dataverse, use standard and custom Business Events, and trigger flows and automations in the Power Platform.
The workshop is hands-on and example-driven. Participants will work with existing integration features and also build new integrations from scratch. To wrap up, we will explore how integrated Business Central data can be used in AI-driven scenarios, including Power Platform AI capabilities and Microsoft Copilot, focusing on realistic use cases that add value rather than hype.
Workshop date: Tue 9 or Wed 10 June (This is a one-day workshop)
