In this session, we’ll take a technical deep dive into how Business Central scenarios can be encapsulated as agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio based on our MCP server. And how these agents can be surfaced and orchestrated directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat to enable seamless cross‑system workflows. A key focus will be on how we move from prototype to production by evaluating these agent experiences using recent MCS evaluation tools.
